Garešnički gradski radio Krugoval 93,1 MHz s radom je počeo 9.studenog 1992.godine, pod nazivom Krugovalna postaja Garešnica, na istoj adresi, u Nazorovoj 25. Tada je zapošljavao dvoje djelatnika, inače novinara garešničkog dopisništva Moslavačkog lista iz Kutine, koje je time prestalo s radom. Vladimir Babić bio je prvi glavni i odgovorni urednik radija, i s tog je mjesta ubrzo umirovljen. Mladi garešnički radio ostao je na isto tako mladim suradnicima, njih 10-tak, dok su ravnatelje-volontere javnog poduzeća birali predstavnici osnivača, tadašnje općine Garešnica kroz Upravni odbor... U početku je emitirano tri sata programa dnevno, zatim pet, uz pokretanje više emisija, poput one za poljoprivrednike, za mlade, sportske ili mozaične Srijedom u gostima.
